Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Our Commitment
At Fortis Property Services Group Limited, we are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and respect for people across all areas of our business and supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This applies not only to our direct operations, but to all contractors, suppliers, and partners working on our behalf.
Our expectation is clear: everyone working with Fortis must uphold lawful, ethical, and fair working practices at all times.
About This Statement
This statement is published in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by Fortis Property Services Group Limited during the financial year ending 4 April 2026.
Our Business & Supply Chain
We operate across the property services, security, and facilities sectors, working with a broad supply chain that includes subcontractors, specialist contractors, and service providers. We recognise that elements of our industry carry a higher risk of labour exploitation.
As a result, we take a structured and proactive approach to managing those risks and ensuring that all partners meet our standards.
Our Standards for Suppliers
All suppliers working with Fortis are expected to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out clear requirements for:
· Legal compliance and ethical working practices
· Fair treatment of workers and respect for individuals
· Safe working environments and proper supervision
· Professional behaviour, communication, and accountability
Suppliers must ensure these standards are applied not only within their own business, but across any subcontractors or labour they engage.
Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from our supply chain.
Policies & Governance
Our approach to preventing modern slavery is supported by:
